Incorporated in 1963 as S&V Company, Late director Mr Leong Keng Wai together with Mdm Kwong Yoke Nui started off as dealing with repairs of television and television antennas
In 1974 SOUND & VISION PTE LTD was incorporated and became manufacturers of PA Sound System and Bedside Control Panels for hotels and commercial buildings
In 1976 we were the first company in Singapore to pioneer the installation of the Video Intercom System for Kings Mansion and Maryland Park (the current One Amber)
Further on as technology improved, S&V imported European brands of Intercoms and Card Access Systems like Urmet, LT, Bitron, Telecall and Biticino

Our current Managing Director Mr Leong Weng Keet Mick, the son of Mr Leong Keng Wai joined S&V in 2005 and went on an apprenticeship with the company
Mick was a Catholic High alumni with also holds a diploma in Marketing with a private college
Mick official took over the company in 2011 on the passing of the Late Mr Leong Keng Wai and since then he has taken the company to greater heights and new levels in technology advances
Fast forward S&V specialised in installation of security systems for new projects and till date S&V does upgrading, repairs and maintenance works of integrated security systems
